For that reason, Van Duysen named the collection GRAVITAS, translating his profound inner sentiments and relationship with nature, space, and humanity into tangible forms.
A consistent element in his work is the seamless fusion of refined solidity and ethereal lightness, often woven together with a profound connection with the natural world. Each piece underwent a total of 50 hours of manufacturing, 40 hours were dedicated to manual labor and 10 hours to machinery.
